Role & responsibilities Product knowledge Possess expert knowledge of luxury watches and jewelry, including materials, craftsmanship, and brand history. Stay updated on industry trends, new releases, and technological advancements in watchmaking and gemology. Client engagement Greet clients with a welcoming demeanor and engage in personalized conversations to understand their preferences and style. Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business. Consultation and styling Provide personalized consultation services, assisting clients in selecting watches and jewelry that align with their tastes and occasions. Offer styling advice, including guidance on matching watches and jewelry with different outfits. Sales and revenue targets Work towards achieving sales targets and key performance indicators while upholding the brands image and exclusivity. Employ effective sales techniques and relationship-building strategies to drive revenue. Store visual merchandising Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to ensure that watch and jewelry displays are aesthetically pleasing and reflective of the brand’s luxury image. Participate in the arrangement of showcase windows to attract customer attention. Brand representation Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the values and ethos of the luxury watch and jewelry brands represented. Communicate the unique selling points and heritage of each brand to clients. Gemological expertise Demonstrate knowledge of gemstones, diamonds, and precious metals, providing detailed information to clients. Offer guidance on diamond quality, gemstone characteristics, and the significance of different metals. Repairs and maintenance Assist clients with watch and jewelry repairs or maintenance services, coordinating with the brand’s service centers when necessary. Educate clients on proper care and maintenance of their luxury pieces. Market analysis and trends Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging consumer preferences in the luxury watch and jewelry sector. Provide insights to the management team regarding market dynamics. Events and launches Participate in and assist with organizing events, product launches, and exclusive previews to engage clients and drive sales. Attend industry events to network and stay connected with the watch and jewelry community. Customer service excellence Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Handle post-purchase interactions, including follow-up calls and personalized after-sales services. Preferred candidate profile Age - 18 to 30 Education - 12th, Pursuing Knowledge about KPIs, Brand Knowledge, Good Personality, Communicate in a Good Manner.
