Fashion Consultant cum Store Manager

Position Overview:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fashion Consultant at House of Armuse in Mumbai, Kemps Corner. This role requires a blend of client engagement, sales expertise, and operational management. You will provide expert fashion advice, assist with product selection, drive sales, manage store operations, and ensure a superior client experience.

1. Client Communication:- Engage with clients in a warm, professional, and friendly manner.- Understand and assess the unique needs and preferences of each client.- Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.2. Sales and Styling:- Showcase our latest fashion collections with enthusiasm and expertise.- Offer personalized styling advice to clients, helping them discover the perfect outfits.- Meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to the store's success.3. Product Knowledge:- Stay updated on the latest fashion trends, product features, and brand information.- Share your fashion expertise with clients, making informed product recommendations.4. Visual Merchandising:-Curate and maintain visually compelling displays and organized product layouts to enhance the shopping experience.-Regularly refresh displays to reflect current trends and new arrivals.5. Store Management:- Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring seamless functionality and a superior client experience.-Train, mentor, and motivate sales staff to deliver high performance and exceptional service.-Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and ensure accurate reporting of stock levels.-Handle store finances, including daily cash management, billing accuracy, and sales reporting.6. Measurement Skills:-Confidently take precise body measurements for custom orders or fittings.

Qualifications:
