· Understanding the customers' requirements

· Providing advice on outfits, color combinations, fabric and accessories
· Understanding the client’s budget constraints as per the occasion
. Use your stitching and tailoring expertise to explain garment construction and assist in fittings.
. Perform basic to intermediate stitching tasks, such as minor alterations, hemming, and blouse adjustments.
· Ensuring customer satisfaction
· Maintaining a healthy relationship with the customers
· Growing customer database and generating leads and selling services to the customers
· Reaching out to potential customer network
· Continues follow up should be with the production team
· Assisting sourcing process such as cloths and accessories of orders
· Assisting team leader to achieve targets and goals
· To achieve sales target as given
· Increasing company sales to achieving short term and long-term goals
· Staying up to date with the latest fashion trends
· Take responsibility to receive the payment of orders
· Take responsibility to dispatch of orders on time
