Farm Supervisor

Maintain the chicks feed stocks, operate & supervise the machinery. Candidate should knowledge of working in poultry farm.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily farm and breeding operations
• Manage breeding schedules (mating, artificial insemination, pregnancy checks, births)
• Monitor animal health, behavior, and welfare
• Coordinate with veterinarians and breeding specialists
• Maintain accurate breeding, health, and pedigree records
• Supervise and train farm workers and animal handlers
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and biosecurity protocols
• Manage feeding programs and housing conditions
• Identify and address breeding or health issues early
• Ensure compliance with animal welfare laws and farm regulations

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of animal breeding and reproduction
• Experience in animal husbandry or farm management
• Leadership and team management skills
• Record-keeping and organizational abilities
• Ability to recognize signs of illness or breeding problems
• Physical stamina and comfort working outdoors
• Basic computer skills for data and record management
