Job Title Farm Supervisor / Farm Manager (50-Acre Integrated Farm) Location Madurai (keeranur), Tamil Nadu Reporting To Farm Owner / Operations Head Role Objective To manage day-to-day operations of a 50-acre integrated farm, ensuring timely agricultural activities, efficient labour and input management, healthy crop growth, and smooth harvesting and dispatch. Key Responsibilities (Summary) Oversee daily farm operations across mango, banana, flower, and seasonal crops as per the crop calendar Manage and supervise farm labour, including work allocation, productivity, and attendance Ensure proper irrigation, fertigation, fertiliser application, and basic pest and disease control Manage farm inputs, tools, and inventory while preventing wastage and misuse Supervise harvesting, grading, packing, and dispatch of produce to markets or buyers Maintain basic farm records and provide regular updates to the farm owner on crop status and issues Candidate Profile (Brief) Less than 5 years of hands-on farm supervision experience and undergraduate college degree in Agriculture Practical knowledge of fruit crops, banana, flowers, and vegetables Comfortable managing labour and field operations Basic record-keeping and communication skills
