Job Vacancy: Farm Manager – Organic Farming (Hyderabad) Company: Soul Society for Organic Living Location: Hyderabad, Telangana Salary: ₹25,000/month + Free Accommodation Job Type: Full-Time We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Farm Manager with an agricultural background to oversee the daily operations of our organic farm near Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sustainable farming techniques, good leadership skills, and a hands-on approach to managing resources and farm staff. Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of the farm Plan and oversee organic crop cultivation and harvesting Ensure implementation of sustainable, chemical-free farming methods Monitor soil health, irrigation systems, and pest control measures Manage farm laborers and allocate tasks effectively Maintain inventory of seeds, tools, and fertilizers Maintain records related to farm productivity and expenses Coordinate with company leadership on crop planning and sales ⸻ Requirements Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Agriculture or a related field Proven experience in managing farms (organic farming experience preferred) Knowledge of soil management, irrigation, composting, and crop rotation Ability to manage labor teams and farm schedules Good communication and organizational skills Must be ready to stay on the farm (accommodation provided) ⸻ Perks & Benefits Monthly Salary: ₹25,000 Free On-site Accommodation Opportunity to be a part of a sustainable living movement Peaceful and green working environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Weekend availability Application Question(s): This role requires the candidate to stay full-time on the farm premises, as it is a 24x7 position.
