• Design, develop, and maintain rules within the Falcon fraud detection system.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand fraud patterns and translate them into effective detection rules.
• Optimize existing rules to improve detection accuracy and reduce false positives.
• Conduct impact analysis of rule changes and ensure alignment with compliance and regulatory standards.
• Document rule logic and maintain version control for audit and review purposes.
• Prepare UAT test plans, test cases, and test data based on business requirements.
• Execute UAT cycles and validate system behavior against expected outcomes.
• Identify, document, and track defects; work with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with business users and stakeholders for UAT sign-off.
• Ensure traceability between requirements and test cases.
• Strong hands-on experience with Falcon fraud detection system.
• Proficiency in Falcon rule writing and rule tuning.
• Good understanding of fraud detection workflows and financial transaction monitoring.
• Experience in UAT planning, execution, and defect management.
• Familiarity with SQL and data analysis tools for test validation.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Certification in fraud detection or testing methodologies is a plus.
• Prior experience in banking or financial services domain.
