Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow for a Faculty & Trainer – Bakery & Patisserie Arts. The role involves designing and conducting engaging training sessions on bakery and patisserie techniques for students. Responsibilities include planning course content, guiding students through hands-on practicals, assessing their progress, maintaining kitchen hygiene and safety during sessions, and staying updated on industry trends. You will also serve as a mentor to students, equipping them with professional skills and knowledge for a successful culinary career.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Bakery and Patisserie techniques, including cake baking, pastry making, and detailed desserts.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and kitchen management.
• Experience in developing course content and delivering engaging training or workshops in culinary arts.
• Interpersonal skills, mentorship capabilities, and effective communication to inspire and support students.
• A relevant certification or degree in Bakery, Patisserie, or Culinary Arts is preferred.
• Previous professional or teaching experience in the food industry is an advantage. (min 2 years of teaching experience)
