Role Description

This is a full-time/Part time. The Faculty member will design and deliver interactive learning sessions and practical workshops for engineering students. Responsibilities include developing course content, mentoring students, evaluating their progress, and supporting their skill development journey. The role requires collaboration with the academic and technical teams to ensure that students are equipped with industry-relevant skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

Experience with hands-on teaching, workshop facilitation, and developing educational content
Strong technical acumen in engineering fields, combined with research and analytical skills
Effective professional communication, mentoring, and teamwork abilities
Knowledge of industry trends and commitment to fostering student success
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Education, or a related field
Prior experience in EdTech or educational roles is an advantage
Ability to engage and inspire students through challenging and interactive learning methods
