·        • Ph.D. in the relevant discipline from a recognized university

·        • 3 to 5 years of full-time Teaching & Research experience in a reputed institution

·        • Minimum 3 to 5 research articles published in Scopus Indexed Journals

·        • Deliver high-quality teaching at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels

·        • Guide and mentor students in academic and research activities

·        • Undertake high-impact research and publish in reputed journals

·        • Participate in curriculum development and academic administration

·        • Contribute to departmental and university-wide initiatives
