Job Title : Mechanical Engineering Faculty (Offline/Online)

Mode: Offline (at our Trivandrum center) or Online

Compensation Structure:

• Offline Classes: ₹1,200 per student per subject
• Online Classes: ₹1,400 per student per subject
• (Compensation is paid on a per-student-per-subject basis.)

Subjects Required:

Core Mechanical Engineering subjects, including (but not limited to):

• Engineering Mechanics
• Strength of Materials
• Thermodynamics
• Fluid Mechanics
• Heat and Mass Transfer
• Machine Design
• Theory of Machines
• Manufacturing Technology
• Engineering Graphics
• Industrial Engineering
• Mechatronics / CAD-CAM (optional but desirable)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and concept-driven lectures to Mechanical Engineering students.
• Conduct classes either online (via Zoom/Google Meet) or offline at our center.
• Provide study materials, practice problems, and academic support.
• Clarify student doubts and ensure strong conceptual understanding.
• Monitor student performance and contribute to academic improvement.
• Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professionalism in all sessions.

Eligibility Criteria:

• B.Tech/M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (or allied disciplines).
• Prior teaching experience in coaching centers or engineering colleges is preferred.
• Excellent subject knowledge and teaching skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with online teaching tools (if opting for online mode).
