Faculty For Occupational Therapy

We are seeking a qualified and passionate Faculty member for our Occupational Therapy program. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background and clinical expertise in Occupational Therapy and will be responsible for delivering high-quality education, mentoring students, and contributing to the academic and research initiatives of the department. Key Responsibilities Deliver lectures, practical sessions, and tutorials in core areas of Occupational Therapy. Develop and update course materials, lesson plans, and assessment methods. Supervise student research projects, internships, and clinical practice. Participate in curriculum development and academic planning. Provide academic advising and mentorship to students. Engage in scholarly activities including research, publications, and conferences. Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and institutional activities. Ensure compliance with academic policies and standards. Qualification & Experience Qualification : Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy (MSc in OT) from a recognized institution. Experience : Minimum 0–5 years of teaching and/or clinical experience in Occupational Therapy. Preferred Skills & Attributes Strong knowledge of current practices and advancements in Occupational Therapy. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to student-centered teaching and mentoring. Familiarity with research methodology and academic publishing. Ability to work collaboratively in an academic environment.
