Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Faculty member in Medical Anatomy to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students, conducting practical sessions, and contributing to academic and research development within the institution. Key Responsibilities Teach and conduct theory and practical sessions in Human Anatomy for medical and allied health science students. Develop course materials, update syllabi, and design assessment tools in line with academic requirements. Guide students during dissections and help them understand anatomical structures in clinical context. Supervise student academic projects, seminars, and internal assessments. Support curriculum development and institutional academic planning. Engage in scholarly research and publish in peer-reviewed journals. Participate in faculty development programs, seminars, workshops, and institutional committees. Ensure adherence to academic and ethical standards of the institution. Qualification & Experience Qualification : Master’s degree in Medical Anatomy (MSc in Anatomy) from a recognized university. Experience : Minimum 0–5 years of teaching experience in a medical or allied health college. (Fresh postgraduates with strong academic credentials may also be considered for junior faculty roles.) Preferred Skills & Attributes In-depth knowledge of gross anatomy, histology, embryology, and neuroanatomy. Proficiency in handling cadaver dissections and teaching aids. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to guide and mentor students effectively. Commitment to academic excellence, research, and continuous professional development.
