Role Overview: You will be taking on the role of an Accounting and Financial Reporting Trainer in a full-time on-site position. Your main responsibility will involve conducting practical training sessions on financial statements, accounting software, finance, analytical skills, and journal entries (accounting) to enhance the knowledge and skills of the trainees. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct practical training sessions on financial statements, accounting software, finance, analytical skills, and journal entries - Tailor training programs to meet varying skill levels - Utilize your strong understanding of finance and analytical skills - Ensure excellent presentation and communication skills during training sessions - Require experience with accounting software - Hold a degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; professional qualifications like CMA/ACCA are preferred - Possess certification in training is a plus - Have a minimum of 2 years exposure to the industry Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in financial statements and accounting skills - Experience with accounting software - Strong understanding of finance and analytical skills - Excellent presentation and communication skills - Ability to tailor training programs to meet varying skill levels - Hold a Masters/Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; professional qualifications like CMA/ACCA are preferred - Certification in training is a plus - Minimum 2 years exposure to the industry Note: The job type is full-time, permanent.
