Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Organizational Behaviour Trainer at Cedrah School of Business, based in Kozhikode. The trainer will facilitate interactive and engaging sessions focused on organizational behavior concepts and their practical applications. Responsibilities include developing course materials, delivering lectures, conducting workshops, assessing learning outcomes, and staying updated with organizational studies and industry trends. The trainer will also contribute to shaping the curriculum and mentoring students to develop leadership and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Organizational Behaviour, Leadership, and Team Dynamics
• Proficiency in developing and delivering instructional materials and training programs
• Strong communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in mentoring, coaching, and workplace learning facilitation
• Critical thinking and adaptability to incorporate real-world scenarios into teaching
• A master's degree in psychology with a specialization in organisational behaviour is an advantage
• Experience in an academic or corporate training environment is a plus
• Commitment to fostering a collaborative and inclusive learning environment
