You will be joining Cedrah as a full-time on-site Accounting and Financial Reporting Trainer. As a Trainer, your main responsibility will be to conduct Practical training sessions on various topics including financial statements, accounting softwares, finance, analytical skills, and journal entries (accounting). Your role is crucial in improving the knowledge and skills of the trainees to ensure they are well-prepared for the business world. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct practical training sessions on financial statements, accounting softwares, finance, analytical skills, and journal entries - Tailor training programs to meet varying skill levels of the trainees - Utilize your strong understanding of Finance and Analytical Skills to enhance the learning experience - Demonstrate excellent presentation and communication skills throughout the training sessions Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Financial Statements and Accounting skills - Experience with Accounting Softwares - Strong understanding of Finance and Analytical Skills - Excellent presentation and communication skills - Ability to tailor training programs to meet varying skill levels - Masters/ bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field/ Any professional qualification like CMA/ ACCA - Certification in Training is a plus - Minimum 2 years exposure to the industry Please note that Cedrah is a forward-thinking organization that believes in shaping future-ready professionals through entrepreneurial insight and practical learning.
