We're Hiring: Faculty – Corporate Behavioural Excellence

 

What we’re Looking For:

 

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology, with 2–3 years experience

- Strong curriculum design & communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

 

- Lead Trainings on organizational behavioral skills.

- Conduct psychometric assessments & provide personalized support to students

- Design engaging learning activities & mock interviews

- Collaborate with fellow faculty to enhance academic programs

  • - Foster a safe & inclusive learning environment
