Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Faculty position located in Kalyan Dombivli. The Faculty will be responsible for delivering lectures, conducting lab practicals, and guiding students in both theoretical and practical aspects of pharmacy. The role involves preparing course materials, evaluating students' performance, mentoring students, participating in research activities, and contributing to the overall academic and personal development of students. Faculty members are also expected to stay updated with the latest advancements in the field and integrate traditional and modern knowledge in their teaching methods.

Qualifications

• Strong teaching skills and experience in delivering lectures and conducting lab practicals
• Proficiency in preparing course materials and evaluating students' performance
• Research skills and the ability to participate in and guide research activities
• Excellent mentoring and student development skills
• Ability to integrate traditional and modern knowledge in teaching methods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ph.D. or Master's degree in Pharmacy or related field is preferred
• Experience in the healthcare industry or pharmacy education is a plus
