Voxel Design Institute is a premier institute in Rajkot offering professional training in Graphic Design, 3D Animation, VFX, Game Design, Video Editing, and Architectural Visualization. We are expanding our team and seeking passionate faculty members who are skilled in Blender 3D and multimedia software to train and inspire aspiring designers and animators.

Position Summary

We are hiring Full-time or Visiting Faculty specializing in Blender 3D. Candidates with additional expertise in design or post-production software such as Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Substance Painter will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach students Blender 3D (Modeling, Texturing, Lighting, Animation, Rendering).
• Conduct theory and practical sessions with real-time project guidance.
• Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and student evaluation reports.
• Assist students in portfolio/showreel development.
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies.
• Provide constructive feedback and support in student growth.
• Participate in academic meetings, workshops, and institute activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong command of Blender 3D is mandatory.
• Knowledge of additional software such as:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects
• Substance Painter / Substance 3D
• Diploma/Degree in Animation, Multimedia, Design, or related field.
• 1–2 years of teaching or industry experience (skilled freshers may also apply).
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Job Type & Schedule

• Full-Time Faculty: Regular working hours (In-person)
• Visiting Faculty: Flexible schedule / Hourly or session-based

Salary & Benefits

• Full-Time: ₹15,000 – ₹40,000 per month
• Visiting Faculty: Negotiable per session or hourly basis
