As an expert in the finance field with a keen interest in technological innovations driving the financial services industry, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the curriculum at GIFT International Fintech Institute is in line with industry standards and emerging trends. Your responsibilities will include: - Contributing to the research agenda of the institute, with a focus on key areas within FinTech such as financial technology, blockchain, AI in finance, and financial regulation. - Establishing the institute as a thought leader in the academic and professional FinTech communities through publications, conference presentations, and industry event participation. - Ensuring that academic programs meet internal and external quality standards and adhere to relevant accreditation requirements. - Monitoring student outcomes and academic performance to drive continuous improvements in the curriculum and teaching methods. - Developing and executing strategic plans for the academic division to drive the long-term vision of the institute. - Active participation in all academic activities to maintain high standards of education delivery and effective assessment methods. Your qualifications for this role should ideally include: - Significant academic experience with a strong background in teaching, research, and curriculum development in finance and/or technology. - Demonstrated leadership and management skills, including experience overseeing academic programs, faculty, and cross-functional teams. - Industry professionals with hands-on experience in FinTech are also encouraged to apply. While a PhD in Finance or a related field from a reputable institution is preferred, individuals with a background as a Company Secretary and a keen interest in FinTech are also welcome to apply.
