Job Description

Supervise daily manufacturing processes and ensure timely completion of production targets.
Ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
Report daily production output, raw material usage, and wastage
Assign tasks to machine operators, packers, and helpers.
Monitor attendance, discipline, and productivity of the shop floor team.
Conduct basic on-the-job training for new workers.
Coordinate with store team to request and issue raw materials.
Maintain records of input vs output (raw material to finished goods).
Communicate with management on daily activities, issues, and suggestions.
Maintain logs and records for batches, machinery downtime, and safety issues.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
