Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Factory Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure timely production delivery. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in supervising factory operations within the pharmaceutical or chemical industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee daily factory operations, including production, dispatch, and quality control.
Ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of production schedules.
Supervise factory staff and maintain a productive work environment.
Manage and maintain all factory-related documents, including production reports and inventory logs.
Coordinate with logistics for the dispatch of finished products and track goods movement.
Lead and train factory staff to ensure efficient task performance.

Job Requirements

Strong experience in supervising factory operations in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry.
Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
Knowledge of MIS and billing systems.
Ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
A Bachelor's degree in Arts, Pharmacy, or Science is required.
