Factory Supervisor

As a proactive and hands-on Factory Supervisor, your role will involve overseeing daily production activities in our manufacturing unit specializing in steel doors and windows. You will be responsible for supervising daily factory operations to ensure efficient workflow, monitoring production schedules for timely order completion, and allocating tasks to workers for optimal use of manpower and materials. Your attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring all products meet company quality standards before dispatch. Additionally, you will communicate delivery timelines to sales teams to meet customer expectations and maintain factory cleanliness while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. In case of any machinery breakdowns, accidents, or potential hazards, immediate reporting will be necessary. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise daily factory operations - Monitor production schedules for timely order completion - Allocate tasks to workers for optimal use of manpower and materials - Ensure products meet company quality standards before dispatch - Communicate delivery timelines to sales teams - Maintain factory cleanliness and ensure compliance with safety regulations - Report any machinery breakdowns, accidents, or potential hazards immediately Qualifications Required: - Education: Diploma / ITI / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred - Experience: Minimum 01 year - Skills: Good leadership and communication skills, Time management and problem-solving abilities Please note that this is a full-time job based in Palakkad, Kerala, and requires in-person work.
