As a Factory Sales Manager at SWELECT Energy Systems Limited, your role will involve managing sales processes, sales forecast, planning, developing sales strategies, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Experience in sales forecasting, planning and dispatch, sales management, business development, and customer relationship management - Knowledge of the solar energy industry is an advantage - Strong negotiation and communication skills - Ability to analyze market trends, identify sales opportunities, and develop sales strategies - Proficiency in sales forecasting, reporting, and budget management Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or in Engineering - Experience in industrial or factory sales - MBA is a plus SWELECT Energy Systems Limited is a public listed company specializing in solar panel manufacturing and balance of systems for solar power projects.
