Factory Production Coordination

You are a skilled Factory Production Coordinator with experience in interior works or furniture manufacturing. Your role involves managing factory production schedules, coordinating site installations, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality interior components. Your strong skills in inventory, procurement, and multi-site coordination are essential. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and coordinate daily production activities in the Factory Unit - Ensure production schedules are met with attention to quality and timelines - Monitor workflow and troubleshoot delays or issues as they arise - Liaise with project and site teams to plan and deliver site-specific production items - Coordinate dispatch and timely installation of furniture and interior elements at multiple sites - Monitor raw material and finished goods inventory levels - Coordinate procurement teams to maintain optimal stock levels - Oversee inward and outward material movement Candidate Requirements: - Proven experience (3+ years) in factory coordination within the interior design or furniture production industry - Ability to read and interpret interior design drawings - Strong organizational and time management skills - Proficiency in using MS Office, Google Sheets, and basic inventory software - Excellent communication and leadership abilities - Knowledge of production machinery and materials used in interior works is a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Preferred Qualifications: - Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Industrial Production, or related field Please note that the job is Full-time with a Day shift schedule and requires in-person work location.,
