Factory Merchandiser

As a Factory Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role as a liaison between the factory and buyers. Your main responsibilities will include coordinating order processes, ensuring product quality, managing timelines, and facilitating effective communication between production teams and clients. Your duties will involve communicating with buyers to understand their order requirements and specifications, as well as coordinating with production and quality teams to ensure on-time and quality delivery. Monitoring the progress of orders, following up on deadlines, and managing documentation such as purchase orders, samples, and approvals will be essential tasks. Furthermore, you will need to ensure that materials and trims are sourced and available on time, and be prepared to address any issues related to production, shipment, or buyer feedback. Maintaining accurate records of orders, approvals, and shipments will also be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should possess good communication and negotiation skills, strong organizational and time management abilities, knowledge of garment manufacturing processes, familiarity with production planning and tracking, and basic computer skills including Excel, email, and ERP systems. Ideally, you should have a Diploma or Degree in Textile, Fashion, or a related field. This is a full-time position with a day shift and morning shift schedule, and opportunities for performance and yearly bonuses. The work location is in person.,
