Position: Factory Manager(Wooden Furniture Manufacturing)

Location: AC Market , Shakespeare Sarani Rd.
Experience: Minimum 3 years
Education: Open to all relevant educational backgrounds

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production processes to ensure efficiency and consistency
• Lead and manage production teams, including scheduling and performance management
• Implement and monitor quality control procedures to maintain product standards
• Ensure production targets and deadlines are consistently met
• Maintain machinery, equipment, and factory facilities in safe working order

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in woodworking techniques and machinery
• Proven leadership and team management abilities
• Solid understanding of quality control systems
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience Requirements:

• Prior experience in the wooden furniture or wooden fixture industry
• Demonstrated experience in factory or production management
• Familiarity with industrial safety and operational protocols

Job Type: Full-time
