Job Description

Our Client a reputed 60 Yrs Chemical Company needs -

Post : Factory Manager

Location :Palghar

Experience : Min 20 years of experience as Factory Manager.

Qualification : M.Sc. /M. Tech/ B. Tech in Chemical or related field

Salary : 12 LPA

Job Profile:

To oversee all aspects of factory including production, planning, scheduling and quality control.
To monitor the production matrix and adjust to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
To implement new strategies for production process without impacting the overall cost and quality of work
To monitor costing sheet and try to reduce the same without impacting the output and quality standards.
Maintain reports to monitor the operation and report them to management for improvement and controlling.
Documenting and preparing daily progress reports, maintenance logs and spares stocks and placing new orders when necessary.
Allocate resources and make full utilization of assets to its maximum potential.
Coordination between departments and performed all other activities as assigned

Skills:

Ability to manage and guide a large team.
Understands chemical processes and safety.
Basic working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) for production planning, inventory, and reporting
Data analysis and reporting through Excel or factory management tools.
Knowledge of utility systems: boilers, chillers, cooling towers, air compressors
Familiarity with reactors, mixers, distillation columns, centrifuges, dryers, etc.
