Role & responsibilities

Job Summary:

Factory Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage end-to-end
jewellery manufacturing processes
(casting, filing, setting, polishing, plating, QC, etc.)
Plan and coordinate daily production schedules to meet output targets and deadlines
Supervise and manage factory staff, including workers, supervisors, and quality controllers
Ensure
quality control standards
are maintained throughout the production process
Maintain strict control over raw materials (gold, diamonds, gemstones, etc.) to prevent loss or misuse
Implement
cost-effective production techniques
while maintaining high quality
Monitor
machinery and equipment
usage, maintenance, and efficiency
Ensure compliance with
safety regulations
and industry standards
Liaise with
design, procurement, and sales teams
to align production with business needs
Maintain records and prepare production reports, inventory logs, and staff performance reviews
