We're looking for an experienced Factory Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations in Manor, Palghar. You'll be responsible for all aspects of production, including employee management, quality control, and production planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Employee Management: Recruit, hire, and train new employees. Schedule shifts, manage performance, and ensure a safe and productive work environment.
• Production Planning: Develop and implement production schedules to meet company targets. Monitor inventory, manage raw materials, and optimize production processes to improve efficiency.
• Quality Control: Establish and maintain quality standards. Conduct regular inspections to ensure products meet specifications and address any quality issues promptly.
• Operations Oversight: Manage day-to-day factory operations, maintain equipment, and enforce safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a manufacturing or production management role.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards (e.g., ISO, HACCP).

Salary

• ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.

Salary
