Factory Manager

You will be joining Hindustan Feeds, a leading agro-based company with manufacturing units in various locations including Rajasthan. As part of our team at the Merta plant, you will be responsible for generating production plans and performance reports, ensuring efficient manufacturing operations, maintaining standard operating practices, housekeeping, and employee safety. Additionally, you will keep records of resources, utilities, raw materials, and rejected finished goods. Building strong relationships with contractors and addressing any grievances will also be a key part of your role. To be considered for this position, you must hold a Diploma or Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical/Electrical field and have at least 10 years of experience in mechanical or electrical departments.
