Factory Manager (FRM Unit)

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the plant to ensure a smooth workflow. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing production schedules, workforce planning, and resource allocation - Ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and compliance regulations - Leading and supervising factory staff, monitoring performance, and providing training - Implementing process improvements such as Lean, 5S, Kaizen to increase efficiency - Coordinating with maintenance for timely servicing of machinery and utilities - Controlling inventory, material usage, and cost management - Fostering a culture of safety, discipline, and team collaboration - Reporting to senior management on KPIs, operational issues, and production updates Qualifications required for this role include: - Proven experience in plant operations management - Strong leadership and communication skills - Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and process improvement techniques - Understanding of inventory management and cost control - Ability to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards This is a full-time position with benefits such as health insurance and a yearly bonus.
