🛠 Job Role – Factory Manager We are looking for a proactive and experienced Factory Manager to oversee daily operations of our stitching unit, manage tailoring staff, maintain production quality, and ensure timely delivery of customer orders. ✅ Key Responsibilities: Supervise fabric cutting, stitching, and finishing sections Allocate work to tailors and monitor progress Maintain quality control standards Coordinate with the showroom (HF1) for order updates Manage raw material stock and usage Ensure timely completion and delivery of stitched orders Maintain cleanliness and discipline within the factory 🎓 Qualifications & Skills: Prior experience in garment/tailoring factory management Knowledge of stitching patterns, production flow, and fabric types Leadership and people management skills Good coordination and reporting abilities
