Salary- 25-30k max salary
Working time and days – 9.30 am to 6.30 pm /6 day’s working
1) Overseeing all manufacturing operations, including production processes, quality standards, and output.
2) Hiring, training, and supervising production employees, such as assemblers, packers, and equipment operators.
3) Creating work schedules and assigning tasks
4) Developing and implementing budgets, and ensuring the factory operates within budget guidelines
5) Complying with health and safety regulations, and providing training and resources to ensure production teams understand safety protocols
6) Collaborating with quality control teams to ensure finished goods meet quality standards
7) Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production plan and ensure their proper execution.
8) Maintain product quality according to company standards.
9) Maintain workplace safety and discipline among the workers.
10) Preparing production reports for Directors.
