Factory HR Executive

You will be responsible for managing and overseeing human resources functions at our factory unit in Medinipur. Your main duties will include maintaining employee records, managing HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and factory regulations, coordinating training and employee engagement activities, addressing grievances, liaising with statutory authorities, and supporting audits. Additionally, you will provide administrative support for the Head Office. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a factory or industrial environment. Knowledge of labor laws and compliance is essential. Strong communication, record-keeping, and interpersonal skills are required, as well as proficiency in MS Office and HR documentation. This is a full-time position based in Medinipur, with day shift hours. The ability to reliably commute to Kolkata, West Bengal, or willingness to relocate is required. Additionally, fluency in English is a must, and a willingness to travel up to 25% of the time is necessary.
