Factory Finance

You will be responsible for overseeing plant-level financial operations, cost control, and budgeting. This includes monitoring production costs, inventory valuation, and variance analysis. Additionally, you will be supporting audits, MIS reporting, and monthly financial closures. You will also collaborate with operations and procurement teams to optimize costs. Qualifications required for this role include: - Experience in product costing and cost variance analysis is a must. - Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. - Hands-on experience with ERP and financial reporting tools preferred.
