Factory Executive

As an AM/DM in this role, your main responsibility will be the development of service literature for new models and new technology. This will involve coordinating with the Engineering (ENGG) and Service Marketing Communication (SMC) teams, as well as developing special service tools. Key Responsibilities: - Work on Engineering systems like I-BOM, DRS, etc to understand model design for the development of repair procedures - Conduct on-the-job activities on vehicles to align understanding from design drawings to actual vehicles - Handle confidential information related to vehicle design and specifications for future models - Understand domestic and export market legal requirements to define content in manuals for compliance - Coordinate with SMC and Engineering team for the development of manual data Qualifications Required: - B.E/ B.Tech with specialization in Mechanical, Automobile, Electronics & Electrical Skills: - Proficiency in software like Adobe Illustrator, Editor, and Frame Maker - Additional knowledge of Unigraphics and Teamcenter is preferred Technical Competencies: - Computer usage know-how - Proficiency in Adobe Frame Maker, Illustrator, and Editor - ERP system knowledge - Additional knowledge of Unigraphics and Teamcenter is preferred In terms of financial dimensions, the average annual revenue budget for the department is INR 235 Mn, with an additional INR 80 Mn allocated for licensing activities.
