We're looking for a creative leader to drive our video and visual storytelling efforts. Role Overview We’re hiring a Video Editor & Videographer to join our video and design team. You’ll lead content creation across platforms, manage end-to-end production, and ensure high visual standards. This is both a strategic and hands-on leadership role. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of editors and designers Develop visual content strategy aligned with business goals Oversee production of videos: campaigns, tutorials, reels, etc. Ensure brand consistency across all visual assets Collaborate with marketing, product, and branding teams Optimize creative workflows and manage timelines Stay current with trends, tools, and editing techniques (Preferred) Integrate 3D animation or motion graphics Qualifications 4+ years in video editing and creative leadership Advanced in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) Strong storytelling, design, and project management skills Experience optimizing content for digital and social media (Bonus) Proficiency in tools like Blender, Cinema 4D, etc. Preferred Background Beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or D2C brand experience Startup or high-growth environment exposure Strong portfolio of video work and team leadership What We Offer Creative leadership with real impact Design-forward, collaborative culture Room to innovate with new formats and tools Competitive salary and benefits Provident Fund (PF) and Health Insurance benefits for all employees.
