E Commerce Executive - Female

Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to manage online orders and provide customer support for our hair care products. The role focuses on ensuring smooth order processing and timely customer assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and track online orders via Shopify and Shiprocket.
• Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Handle customer queries related to products, orders, and deliveries.
• Maintain clear records and resolve any order-related issues.

Requirements:

• Experience in e-commerce order management and customer support.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Shopify, Shiprocket, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Provide virtual hair consultations to clients, including product recommendations, usage guidance, and personalized haircare advice.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
