Factory Executive

Core Responsibilities:

1. Production Planning: Coordinating workflow to ensure timely delivery of orders.

2. Resource Management: Managing manpower, raw materials, and machinery

maintenance.

3. Quality Assurance: Conducting regular audits and inspections to minimize waste.

4. Reporting: Preparing daily production reports for senior management.

5. Compliance: Upholding ISO/Safety standards across the facility.

Requirements: IMMEDIATE JOINERS PREFERRED

1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field.

2. 2+ years of experience in a factory/production setting.

3. Proficiency in Odoo and MS Excel.

4. Confident & Team leadership quality.
