Responsibilities Develop and customize solutions in Siemens Teamcenter based on business requirements. Implement BMIDE configurations including data model changes, business objects, and properties. Design and develop ITK and SOA-based server-side customizations. Work on Active Workspace Client (AWC) customizations including stylesheets, XRTs, and client extensions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Teamcenter performance, customization, and user support. Participate in data migration activities using tools like Import/Export (IPEC), BMIDE XML, or custom scripts. Support Teamcenter integrations with CAD tools (NX, CATIA, etc.) and other enterprise applications (SAP, CRM). Develop and maintain workflows, handlers, and process templates. Collaborate with functional teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable PLM solutions. Provide technical documentation, code reviews, and mentoring for junior team members if needed.

Job Purpose Manufacturing Engineer II (Routing) is a member of Manufacturing Engineering team involving in creating Manufacturing process, documents and supports and other Manufacturing Engineering activities. Main Accountabilities Create and Maintain PP master data (Material master, BOM, Work Center, Routing) MRP controller, ensuring MRP effectiveness and Implementation for generation of SAP planned orders for production and purchase requisitions of BOM items according to the customer demand. Process owner for manufacturing routing creations and deliverables Responsible for manufacturing hours estimation and standardization Collaborate with manufacturing engineering, production, planning and procurement for routing related activities Drive and standardize the routing process Involve in other activities such as Gemba walk and new Plant code setup and new product manufacturing projects. Required Knowledge/Formal Education Bachelors degree/Diploma in a relevant Engineering discipline preferred or equivalent Required Experience More than 6+ years of relevant experience Required Interpersonal Skills Good command of English Show evidence of good organizational and problem-solving skills Service/Customer oriented Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and project culture Required Technical Skills Strong knowledge in SAP PP module Strong knowledge in Manufacturing process. Development of mechanical auxiliaries for new products: Development of gearbox and its arrangement concepts, couplings and its arrangements, rotor turning devices and its arrangements Lube oil systems, Control & trip oil systems, Gland/Leak steam systems, Drain systems, condenser, condensate and evacuation and other mechanical systems. Taking care of the different deliverables e.g. PIDs, technical data, system description, specifications, quality plan, technical guidelines, tender calculations etc. Develop new R&D concepts and schemes based on new design to cost ideas, study and compare competitors design, prepare R&D drawings & documents, system houses, ensure correctness of documentation in line with guidelines and customer specifications, interface with customers / consultants for technical discussions & approvals, report progress (including risks) and key issues to superiors in order to meet R&D project schedules / milestones. Planning and Review: Plan and review mechanical auxiliaries activities, Interfacing with R&D global experts, other engineering groups and collaborators/cooperation partners and Interface with customer / consultant in order to ensure timely completion of milestones. Project Management Support: Provide R&D support to PM on technical issues and Support in cost control in order to meet the contract requirements and keep project within cost. Supply Management Support: Interact with vendors and supply chain personnel for freezing the specifications and technical requirements (pre order and post order) to meet the customer / contract requirements Quality Management: Establish process/equipment documentation including specification for performance testing, work instructions and inspection and test requirements to ensure implementation of Quality requirements of the process/equipment Cost Reduction: Standardize the specifications and purchase requirements / engineering of equipments / activities to achieve reduction in engineering hours and/or better costs. Qualifications and Requirements: BE / B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering 6-8 years prior experience in R&D / Engineering as mechanical auxiliaries engineer in Steam Turbine industry. Sound Technical knowhow of Steam turbine auxiliaries and its functionality. Knowledge of Design Tools like AutoCAD, NX, Team Center, COMOS. Hands on experience of creating PIDs, GAs, specifications, SAP Thorough knowledge of turbine startup cycle, deaerator selection, wander control valve, sealing system. Working knowledge of I&C and electrical products and their interface with mechanical systems. Proper site exposure and thorough understanding of commissioning activities. Good rapport with vendors and customers.
