Job Description

Role Overview: As a Financial Planning and Controlling expert at our organization, your mission is to compile and analyze metrics, identify trends, communicate information to stakeholders, and recommend actions to enhance financial performance. Key Responsibilities: - Perform analysis of business performance, quoting, planning, budgeting, and forecasting. - Conduct benchmarking of key performance indicators (KPIs) with external and internal peers. - Collaborate with Controllers and Project managers to analyze financial performance drivers, identify trends, and propose value-added solutions. - Prepare financial analysis for various scenarios and sensitivity analysis, evaluating the overall impact on business units. - Analyze under/overhead absorption and determine root causes. - Prepare and analyze Product/Customer profitability. - Track and analyze Capital Expenditure budget and actual spending on a monthly basis. - Conduct inventories analysis, Net Working Capital (NWC), and Cashflow assessments. - Support month-end closure activities to ensure financial accuracy. - Review the Income Statement and Balance sheet during pre-closing and post-books closure, suggesting necessary corrective actions. - Analyze monthly data for MIS reports, presenting findings to management. - Support Internal controls and SOX audit activities. - Compare monthly/quarterly MIS data with benchmarks, providing comments and analysis. - Assist in financial reporting, business planning, budgeting, and forecasting. - Validate financial data accuracy through reconciliation, review, and reporting exceptions. - Support ad-hoc assignments as needed. - Collect, summarize, prepare reports, and present findings to Controllers. - Engage in improvement projects and LEAN management practices. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in accounting with CMA/CA. - Up to 4 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, preferably with a manufacturing background. - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with independent problem-solving capabilities. - Effective communication and presentation skills. - Hands-on experience in SAP FICO, including CO-PA, and understanding of other modules. - Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). - Proactive in taking initiatives with a strong commitment to quality and deadlines. - Proficiency in both spoken and written English language.,
