Facility Manager

Responsibilities:

• Building Maintenance and Operations:Managing the upkeep of the facility, including repairs, preventative maintenance, and ensuring all systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) are functioning correctly.
• Budget Management:Developing and managing budgets for maintenance, repairs, and other facility-related expenses.
• Contractor Management:Overseeing and coordinating with external contractors for various services like cleaning, landscaping, security, and specialized repairs.
• Health and Safety:Ensuring the facility meets all health and safety standards, including fire safety, emergency procedures, and workplace safety guidelines.
• Space Management:Optimizing the use of space within the facility and potentially managing renovations or relocations.
• Sustainability:Implementing and managing initiatives related to energy efficiency, waste reduction, and other environmentally friendly practices.
• Security:Overseeing security protocols and procedures to protect the facility and its occupants.
• Record Keeping:Maintaining accurate records of maintenance, repairs, contracts, and other relevant information.
• Communication and Collaboration:Communicating effectively with various stakeholders, including staff, contractors, and management.
• Strategic Planning:Contributing to the long-term strategic planning for the facility, including potential upgrades, renovations, or expansions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
