Job Description

Role & responsibilities To schedule and Supervise the housekeeping, Garden, Canteen, Pest control Staff, Laundry etc. To Investigate Complaints regarding Housekeeping service, Garden, Canteen, Pest Control, Laundry & take Corrective action. To Conduct Orientation Training and in-service training to explain policies, work procedure, and to demonstrate use and maintenance of equipment used in housekeeping practice and procedures. To Evaluate daily cleaning records to forecast department personnel requirements. To make recommendation to improve service and ensure effective and efficient operation. To Select and prepare indent for purchase of housekeeping cleaning material and equipment. To Ensure adequate supplies and equipment are available to housekeeping workers. To Prepare and review practices and standard operating procedures for proper housekeeping. To Ensure everything in place and place for everything in the appropriate areas as defined under scope. To review the daily housekeeping records for the facilities. To Ensure the cleanliness of windows, glass partitions, mirrors, etc. To Ensure all building are free of infestation by rodent, birds, insects and other vermin by engaging appropriate experts, developing and monitoring pest and rodent control programs. To Inform the Engineering department for replacement of light bulbs in change rooms, outside building facility, hand washing and toilet facilities and other appropriate areas. To Assign re-cleaning to housekeeping staff when required. To Ensure cleaning and housekeeping is performed in a timely manner and on a regular schedule in all assigned areas.
