Facility and Housekeeping In charge

As the Facility and Housekeeping Incharge, your role involves supervising, directing, and coordinating housekeeping activities to maintain a clean and safe environment for the children at school. Your key responsibilities include: - Managing a team of 100+ housekeeping and support staff, ensuring their deployment across the school campus during regular school days and holidays. - Collaborating closely with the transport department to deploy female support staff on school buses. - Ensuring that the school's furniture, fixtures, and equipment are well-maintained. - Keeping the Attendance register, daily deployment sheet, inspection log sheets, asset registers, and inventories updated. - Assisting in the expansion of school buildings and additional facilities, ensuring timely execution, quality, and safety. - Managing HR-Admin matters, including maintaining statutory books and records in compliance with PF, ESI regulations. - Supporting Administration HR tasks as required by the Principal/Admin Head. - Maintaining and updating inventory of all school equipment and furniture. - Coordinating arrangements for events and functions at the school. - Performing any other tasks assigned by the Admin Head /Principal. Additionally, the expected work experience for this role is 5-10 years, with working days from Monday to Saturday and working hours from 7.30 am to 3.30 pm. The expected date of joining is immediate.,
