Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage daily facility operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, and security services.
Ensure all office infrastructure and equipment are maintained in good condition.
Supervise vendor staff and service providers; ensure adherence to SLAs.
Conduct regular inspections to identify repair needs and safety hazards.
Manage inventory and procurement of facility supplies (cleaning material, utilities, pantry stock, etc.).
Coordinate with internal teams for seating arrangements, event setup, and general facility requests.
Maintain records of maintenance, repair logs, utilities usage, and service agreements.
Assist in managing transport, cafeteria, pest control, and other support services.
Monitor building access and ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations.
Handle emergency facility issues during or after working hours as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field
3–6 years of experience in facilities or admin roles (preferably in BPO/IT/Corporate setup)
Strong knowledge of building systems, safety protocols, and vendor coordination
Proficient in MS Office, ticketing tools, and facility management systems
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
