Facilities Management Coordinator

As a Facility Administrator at Milacron, your primary role will be to monitor and coordinate estate management activities, including housekeeping, security services, car and hotel bookings, guest and employee hospitality, canteen management, employee welfare, telephone expenses, billing, and local liaison with various agencies. You will also be responsible for coordinating and executing employee engagement programs and festival celebrations. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and coordinate estate management tasks such as housekeeping, security services, car and hotel bookings. - Manage guest and employee hospitality, including lunch arrangements, food service, and billing. - Oversee day-to-day canteen operations, monthly meetings, and billing. - Coordinate employee welfare activities, including uniform and shoes distribution. - Manage telephone expenses and mobile connections for the company and employees. - Handle monthly billing for various agencies involved in facility administration. - Maintain local liaison with VIA, AMC, and GIDC when required.
