Facilities Management Coordinator

As a Facility Administrator at Milacron, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the estate management and day-to-day operations of company facilities. Your responsibilities will include: - Monitoring and coordinating housekeeping work with the housekeeping team to ensure the smooth operation of upkeeping and maintaining company facilities, infrastructure, and services. - Managing security services, conducting Gemba Meetings, and overseeing the Visitor Management System (VMS) to provide support in case of any security-related issues. - Handling car and hotel bookings for guests and employees, as well as organizing lunch arrangements, pick-ups, food service arrangements, and processing bills to the Accounts department. - Overseeing canteen operations on a daily basis, coordinating monthly meetings, and managing monthly canteen billing. - Coordinating and executing various engagement programs, festivals, and event celebrations for employees. - Managing employee welfare by coordinating and executing the distribution of uniforms and shoes, including budget approvals, sending to regional offices, and processing billing in accounts. - Managing telephone expenses, mobile connections, and billing for the company and employees. - Handling monthly billing for various agencies involved in facility administration activities. - Acting as a local liaison with VIA, AMC, and GIDC when required. Basic Qualifications: - Graduate in any discipline. Experience: - 10 to 15 years in the same domain.
