As an experienced candidate with 1 to 2 years of minimum experience, you will be responsible for performing routine and preventive maintenance on building systems, which includes electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment. Your key responsibilities will include: - Inspecting facilities regularly to identify safety, structural, or maintenance issues. - Responding to service requests promptly and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and plumbing problems efficiently. - Conducting basic electrical work like replacing fixtures, repairing outlets, and assisting with low-voltage systems. - Coordinating with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or projects. - Maintaining accurate maintenance logs, reports, and equipment documentation. - Monitoring building automation systems and responding to alarms or alerts. - Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies during maintenance activities. - Assisting with minor construction, carpentry, and painting tasks as needed. - Supporting emergency preparedness efforts, including backup power and fire systems maintenance. Qualifications required for this role include: - Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. - Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics. - Familiarity with safety protocols and building codes.
