Job Title: HVAC Technician - Job Location: Dubai, UAE - Walk-in Interview Location: Kochi, India - Industry: Facilities Management - Experience Preferred: Candidates with experience in the Facilities Management industry Job Description: We are looking for skilled HVAC Technicians to join our Facilities Management team in Dubai . The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in HVAC systems maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair, particularly within large commercial, residential, or industrial properties. Key Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems. Perform routine maintenance to ensure systems operate efficiently. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and breakdowns. Work on chillers, FCUs, AHUs, split units, and package units. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. Ensure all HVAC activities comply with health and safety regulations.
